Thanks for visiting my website. My name is Deron Benson and I'm an attorney with over thirty years of legal experience. I am a 1989 graduate of Western Illinois University (B.S. Law Enforcement) and a 1992 graduate of Northern Illinois College of Law. My office is located in downtown Crystal Lake, Illinois. I spent roughly twenty-five years in the Rockford, Illinois area before relocating here to Crystal Lake in 2017.

While in the Rockford area, I spent much of my time in the courtroom. My practice was focused on criminal defense, domestic relations and personal injury. I also represented many clients regarding their small business, real estate transactions, estate planning and probate. Since relocating to Crystal Lake, my practice has become much more focused on real estate, estate planning and small business administration. I couldn't be happier with the transition.
